These Terms of Service govern your use of the Intercultural Conservatory of Music (ICM) website and the purchase of our online courses, physical/digital books, sheet music, and educational services.

Intellectual Property Rights All content provided on this platform, including video courses, digital sheet music, physical books, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of ICM and its instructors.

• Digital Products: Purchasing a digital course or sheet music grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not distribute, share, copy, or resell our materials.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination without a refund.

Purchases and Services

• Physical Goods: For physical books or printed sheet music, shipping times vary by location. ICM is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
• In-Person Lessons: Bookings for the Istanbul boutique studio must be made in advance. Rescheduling or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the lesson.
• Code of Conduct:We maintain a professional academic environment. Any inappropriate behavior during live online masterclasses or in-person sessions may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
