The faculty members will make every effort to support the artistic growth and development of each student enrolled in Pathway I and II. However, it is important to clarify that they cannot guarantee admission to any conservatory, academy, or university. What they can guarantee is individualized instruction specifically tailored to prepare students for particular repertoire requirements and entrance examinations.

Admission decisions remain entirely at the discretion of the receiving institution, and no automatic pathway to acceptance exists. Furthermore, in accordance with professional ethical standards, faculty members will avoid directing students exclusively or primarily toward the institution with which they are principally affiliated.

In addition, to comply with Italian national regulations on incompatibility and similar legislation elsewhere in Europe, a teacher who may be part of an admissions committee will take care not to assess or evaluate any student they have directly taught should such a situation arise.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Intercultural Conservatory of Music (ICM) website and the purchase of our online courses, physical/digital books, sheet music, and educational services.

Intellectual Property Rights All content provided on this platform, including video courses, digital sheet music, physical books, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of ICM and its instructors.

Digital Products: Purchasing a digital course or sheet music grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not distribute, share, copy, or resell our materials.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination without a refund.

Purchases and Services

Physical Goods: For physical books or printed sheet music, shipping times vary by location. ICM is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
In-Person Lessons: Bookings for the Istanbul boutique studio must be made in advance. Rescheduling or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the lesson.
Code of Conduct:We maintain a professional academic environment. Any inappropriate behavior during live online masterclasses or in-person sessions may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
Modifications ICM reserves the right to update these Terms of Service, course prices, and content at any time.

Refund Policy:

At the Intercultural Conservatory of Music (ICM), we strive to provide the highest quality of musical education and resources. We offer a strict 14-Day Refund Policy for our products and services, subject to the conditions outlined below.

General Conditions (The 14-Day Rule) You have 14 days from the date of your original purchase to request a refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Online Courses & Masterclasses To protect our instructors’ intellectual property, refunds for digital video courses are only granted if you have viewed less than 20% of the course content. If you have downloaded course materials or completed a significant portion of the classes, the refund request will be denied.

Digital Downloads (Sheet Music & E-books) Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital sheet music, PDF books, and downloadable audio files are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Physical Products (Books & Printed Materials) If you are unsatisfied with a physical book, you may return it within the 14-day window.

The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
In-Person Lessons (Istanbul Studio) For individual physical lessons, a refund within the 14-day period is only applicable for unused lesson credits. If a lesson has already been attended, it cannot be refunded. Cancellations for scheduled lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for that session.

How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please email us at info@interculturalconservatory.com with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
