Refund Policy

At the Intercultural Conservatory of Music (ICM), we strive to provide the highest quality of musical education and resources. We offer a strict 14-Day Refund Policy for our products and services, subject to the conditions outlined below.
General Conditions (The 14-Day Rule) You have 14 days from the date of your original purchase to request a refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Online Courses & Masterclasses To protect our instructors’ intellectual property, refunds for digital video courses are only granted if you have viewed less than 20% of the course content. If you have downloaded course materials or completed a significant portion of the classes, the refund request will be denied.
Digital Downloads (Sheet Music & E-books) Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital sheet music, PDF books, and downloadable audio files are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
Physical Products (Books & Printed Materials) If you are unsatisfied with a physical book, you may return it within the 14-day window.
- The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
In-Person Lessons (Istanbul Studio) For individual physical lessons, a refund within the 14-day period is only applicable for unused lesson credits. If a lesson has already been attended, it cannot be refunded. Cancellations for scheduled lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for that session.
How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please email us at info@interculturalconservatory.com with your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
